The lounge area is very spacious, with a large rug and plenty of comfortable seating.
The Dining area has a large oak refectory table and chairs which overlooks the patio / garden through French doors – a perfect place to sit and read or watch the many species of wild birds feed.
The Farmhouse pine kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need.
A pine staircase leads upstairs: Two bedrooms, one twin and a very large double bedroom, house bathroom. In all rooms the floor is pine boarded with scatter rugs. All the beds have super soft, luxurious, down-like, micro-fibre duvets and pillows and quality white bed linen.
The master double room is luxurious and romantic with an en-suite shower room with power shower, wash basin, toilet and shaver point. A fully glazed door leads onto a balcony (at the top of the outside traditional, stone staircase) and boasts the most amazing view over Lady Hill and across the valley, towards The North Yorkshire Moors.
The twin room is tastefully decorated and the beds can be put together to make a large double.
The bathroom has a white suite with bath, with power shower, WC, washbasin and shaver point.
Outside: Pebbled courtyard with private parking for two-three cars, patio and garden area seating areas and a large walled meadow, making a very safe area for children to play, or for others to sit and admire the breathtaking views.
Note: The garden is on a slope so not suitable for people with mobility issues.
